Initiate Your Request

Log into your Engraving account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective coverings are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
